Tiong Bahru: Residential Area

As promised last Saturday, a glimpse snapshots of the neighborhood.

 

 

This neighborhood sure have a more homey feeling for me. The buildings aren’t that tall; only four storey high. I don’t think they have elevator though.

But most importantly, I like how the first floor is full of life — unlike the void decks of modern HDB flats. You can see people hanging clothes here

Was quite a friendly chap, jumped instantly out of his shelter to greet me.

And after a couple of friendly strokes on the cheek:

And so I did…. NOT! :D…
