Reading while Walking #002

S-Read-while-Walk-002DSC 8397-martosc

Reading is a good habit. Reading while walking is not.

Side story:

If you notice, for the past two weeks, I have been posting photos taken with AF 50mm f/1.8D.

Somehow, I have a newfound appreciation of this lens. 24mm is still my favorite walk-around focal length on crop sensor, though.

As long as the sidewalk is that wide, free of street vendor etc. In here one cannot at all read while walk :p

    • Haha… well, it isn’t a good practice in the first place… even when you do it on a wide sidewalk. Remember, you still have to share that wide space with other pedestrians, and also bicycles.

i remember when i was in junior high school i almost got hit by a motorcycle while doing this bad habbit. it is very dangerous, indeed!

    • Dangerous, indeed :-). It’s good to know that you’re alright, and learned from the lesson :D…

I think this is more dangerous than writing text while walking, because when you are reading, your imagination wander. You lost sense of your surrounding.
