Welcome to Jagalchi Market — the largest seafood market in Korea (according to visitkorea.or.kr)

This is the place for seafood lovers. They have plenty of fresh fishes, squids, octopus, shrimps, lobsters, crabs — everything!

You can eat them raw if you like, or you can ask them to cook “the chosen one” for you.

Of course, you won’t eat them there in the wet market. Go to second floor and enjoy your meal there…

My wife was fallen in love with a crab.

An image of sauced crab makes her drool.

Actually, “us” drooling would makes better sense :D.

In the end, we didn’t buy it.

It’s cheaper than in Japan, but still too bloody expensive for just one meal… *Yes, I’m stingy :D.

We’ll just wait until we go back to Indonesia.

  3. is sitting on cushions on the floor custom in Korea?
BTW, when I’m home, we (family) eat sitting on the floor too!

    • I think so, yes… because in some other places that we went to, we eat on cushion on the floor too.
It is called tatami in Japan, not sure what it is called in South Korea.
In some parts of Indonesia, people also eat on the floor — using hands … just like India, no?
