Bokehlicious #007

S-Bokehlicious007-002DSC 1229-martosc

The bokeh is not so delicious with this lens.

Not creamy, not very interesting.

Definitely not the strong point of this lens.

No worries, I’m not looking for bokehgasm with this lens anyway.

  1. Looks like the new lens will serve you well. Looking forward for more.

    • More photos are certainly coming, Christakis :D.
Yeah, I really like this lens. — although I still have to confirm whether I like this lens because it is performing well, or because it’s a new (used) lens.

The focal length is just right. The weight and size are fine. It has some limitations, though. For example: obviously f/2.8 is not that fast. On another note, if it works well, my wife will also be happy — because now she can use the 35mm f/1.8G without me nagging her to return it :D… so, I guess it’s a win-win situation for everybody :D…

Good for you. Thank you, btw. Finally, the 35 mm is MINE!

    • Whoa, I never said it is yours, dear… I only say I will quit NAGGING you :D… it’s still mine, MINE! :D…

  3. Each lens has their own purpose. The 35mm is for nagging.. err.. joking..

Looking forward to hearing your conclusion about the 24mm.

    • Hahaha! … no worries, it’s all because of love. (I mean love for the lens :D)…

I can conclude that I love this lens… but I’m still in the honeymoon phase, so will wait for sometime to test the love.
We are going on a 5-days trip next week. That could be the real test. Let’s see how it goes :D.

Payah juga nih, Muy. Niatnya gak mau boros dalam urusan hobi, ternyata jadinya begini juga :D…

  6. The shot is still interesting but you’re right.. it’s not bokehlicious…

    • Yeah… you win some, you loose some… I don’t mind not having bokehgasm to all my shots :D
