Mount Fuji: Trail Rope

S-Fuji-3-Trail-Rope-DSC 9721-martosc

As long as you stay on this side of the rope, you will be okay.

Never thought would see this near the peak of the mountain

Bulldozer only.

I wonder how they brought the Dozer up there. Perhaps they used chopper to lift it there?

    • Do you have any thoughts on how they do it, mate?

  2. Ahahah, BullDozer at the peak? nice.. do they do races there with dozers? :P
Good vantage point on the first photo!

    • Haha… well, I don’t see even one of them. So, can’t really confirm that :D…
      Thanks, Helder.

  3. Amazing view. No idea how they get bulldozer up there.

Hey GM, please come check out my Snap Thursday photo post. Would be interested in your feedback (especially on the BW :)). Thanks!

    • Thanks, Jenn. Perhaps they brought it there part-by-part and assemble all up there? :D…

*I just visit your post. Love the tone on the first photo :-)… Cheers!

  4. To bring it part-by-part and assemble is a lot of work. Is the bulldozer small? Those things are heavy, the would need a big helicopter to lift it (if that’s what they’re using).

Thanks for the feedback on my photos! Really appreciate it. You are the 1st person who loved the 1st photo (and noticed the wood texture and the tone – YAY!)

    • I was actually kidding when I say they brought it part-by-part :D…
To be honest, I didn’t see the dozer, but I would assume it’s not a big CAT or Komatsu dozer — not like the ones used in civil construction or mining industry.

  5. GM, Just to avoid any misunderstanding, when you said composition is too tight (for the bicycle picture), do you mean seeing more of the front wheel, back wheel, or just the bicycle overall? I’m not sure I agree (would have to try the shot), but I’d like to know what you mean :).

    • Let me answer your question via e-mail, so the discussion would be more focus. Okay? :-)… and I think it’s okay if you don’t agree. Like I said, it’s all personal preference, and I’m not very good in giving comment :D…

  6. does the ‘dozer picture’s background look like a coal mine? Like the description on the first one :) LOL

    • Well, kind of… there was no trees. The scenery was hills and paths. Looks like a coal mine, minus the dump trucks, loaders and excavators :D…
      Cheers, Georgie.
